AP® (Advanced Placement) exams are a series of college-level exams. There are 22 fields of studies and 34 subjects for the student to freely choose from, including Physics, Chemistry, Literature, History, and many more.
AP® diplomas not only strengthen your resume when applying for a university, but could also be used to waive related credits in a university, or allow you to take advanced courses without additional prerequisites.
The majority of AP® exam subjects come in the form of standardised tests that grade your overall performance. Some subjects may require you to hand in a portfolio.
The exam paper is divided into two sections:
Section 1 Multiple Choice – Multiple choice questions with marks calculated digitally.
Section 2 Free Response – Free response questions marked and graded by a human examiner.
